Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
I NEED TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER
Due to the speed of processing, we are unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted.
MY ORDER IS LOST OR MISSING
Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (Such as a property office) to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if still not located please contactus@productivemuslim.com for assistance.
MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED
If you receive a defective/damaged product, send an email to contactus@productivemuslim.com with a photo of the defective/damaged product, and we'll either send you a replacement or refund you for your purchase.
If you choose the Refund option, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
